Twitter released newly-designed interface for mobile & web apps. It's really very different! from the old twitter The Web version is not yet released to everyone.No need to worry it will be out soon. and there is simple way to get it if want it to try.

According to Twitter's Carolyn Penner Twitter's, all you need to do to get the new version of Twitter for the Web is to install the new version of Twitter on your iPhone or Android device. Once your account is linked , log into the Website, you have the new Twitter too.
